स्वस्थ रहे मस्त रहे

दिन चर्या जो चल रही आज की, गौर न कोई फ़रमा रहा,

कोई हँसे अपने फैट पर, कोई पतले होने पर शरमा रहा|

कोई खुद को परफेक्ट समझ रहा, कोई gym  जाने को  गरमा रहा,

लेकिन एक अच्छी प्रक्रिया को, कोई न अपना रहा|

मार वक़्त की नहीं है, ये खेल व्यंजनों का हो रहा,

बाजरे को replace कर Bingo से, व्यक्ति अपने स्टेटस में खो रहा|

दूध छाछ तो ऐसे भूले, जैसे लुप्त हो गयी सरस्वती,

Health Drink पी लेंगे लेकिन न खाएंगे शुद्ध घी वनस्पति|

 

मक्के को भी ओवरलैप muesli ने कर दिया,

दलिये और दाल की जगह, हर घर में Oats का डिब्बा भर लिया|

मख्खन कैसे खाये हम, Macrony, अब भाने लगी है,

आज कल हफ्ते में चार दिन, Family Restaurant जाने लगी है|

 

ये प्रचलन परचम चढ़ा था, लो आ गया अब Online Food,

ऑफर इतने मिल रहे, बच्चे बूढ़ो का बन गया Fast Food खाने का Mood|

 

लेकिन क्यों कोई समझ न रहा, ये कितना नुक्सान पहुंचाते है,

सारी बिमारियों के तत्त्व है इनमे, क्यों हम ये अनदेखी कर जाते है|

Health is Wealth का नारा हम ज़ोर से तो लगाते है,

पर सारी Wealth कभी कभी, Health को ठीक करने में बिताते है|

 

जीवन की ये बड़ी सच्चाई है, आज ज़ेहन में बिठाना होगा,

स्वस्थ रहेगा शरीर हमारा, तो ही साथ खड़ा ज़माना होगा|

इसलिए गुज़ारिश करते आज हम ये, ध्यान खुद का रख लीजिये,

शरीर आपका अपना है ध्यान इस पर भी दीजिये……..|
