नदी तालाबों के ऊपर हमने आलिशान बंगले बनाये है,

काँट वृक्ष वन संरक्षण के, उनपे बहुमंज़िला ईमारत खड़े करवाए है|

 

अब हम ही पछता रहे, जब प्रकृति केहर बरसाती है,

जल है, अग्नि या तो वायु जिससे वो रौद्र रूप दिखलाती है|

 

यूँ तो वृक्षारोपण दिवस हम मानते है, और चल चाय चित्र में सब है आते,

इसकी ज़रुरत क्यों पड़ती अगर हम पहले ही कुल्हाड़ी ना चलवाते|

 

समय हम से कर रहा मांग, वनस्पति का रखो ध्यान,

जैसे होता व्यक्ति का स्वाभिमान, वैसे इसका भी रखो तुम मान|
